If you are new to physical movement or haven’t worked-out in a while we would suggest starting with Beginner Yoga Strength Builder or Yoga Foundations.
If you are someone who goes to the gym, runs, has done yoga in the past or does other physical activity than you should come to any class that works best for your schedule.
